Google’s Final Panda Push

Google released their latest big Panda update this weekend, and it looks like it may be their last. According to Matt Cutts, from here on out, Google is going to incorporate Panda into their rolling updates, meaning the algorithm will update near daily instead of once every month or so. This may seem a little daunting, but it’s actually great news for your automotive SEO efforts.

With the monthly Panda updates, every update hit like a hammer. All of the mistakes made in your automotive SEO strategy came home to roost at the same time, and you’d have to scramble to recover from major damage. With the daily updates, you’ll be able to track trends in real time, so (in theory) you’ll never take more than a small hit before you’re able to correct the mistakes and get back on track.
